Cross Coaching!

I’m Nicole Cross, founder of Cross Coaching.

I wanted to share a little insight into who I am, my background, and the fitness journey that’s shaped me.

I studied at Cardiff Metropolitan University, earning a degree in Sports Strength & Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage, followed by a Level 4 in Nutrition for Weight Management and Athletic Performance. After working with clients face to face, I decided to take my coaching online so I could help more people on a deeper level.

My own fitness journey hasn’t been a straight line. I played football from a young age, but eventually lost interest and stopped being active. Over time, I gained weight, struggled with confidence, and didn’t feel good in my own skin. That all changed when I joined my local gym and I’ve never looked back.

Since then, my training has evolved massively. What started as general gym training has now grown into a real passion for CrossFit. I love how it pushes me both physically and mentally and constantly learning new skills, lifting heavier, moving better, and testing what I’m capable of. It’s given me a whole new appreciation for what the body can do, not just how it looks.

Through every obstacle, I’ve learned a lot not just about training and nutrition, but about resilience, mindset, and what it truly means to transform.

Fitness is my passion. I love doing it, I love coaching it, and I love learning about it. My mission now is to help women all over the world find their inner confidence, rebuild their strength, and become the best version of themselves without extreme restriction or giving up the foods they love.

I’ve also personally overcome a difficult relationship with food, which is why I’m so passionate about helping others build a healthier, more balanced one.

Through Cross Coaching, I combine evidence based training, personalised nutrition, structure, and accountability to help women lose body fat, rebuild confidence, fuel their bodies and create a lifestyle they can sustain for life

Most women come to us struggling with consistency. They are starting, stopping, second-guessing themselves. So the first thing we do is create structure around your training, so it finally becomes something you can stick to long term.

2️⃣ Balanced Nutrition

Many of the women we work with have tried it all: Slimming World, Weight Watchers, shake diets, cutting carbs and end up confused about what’s “right.” We strip away the noise and build a nutrition approach that fits your lifestyle, fuels your body, and removes the guilt or restriction.

3️⃣ Reclaimed Confidence

A lot of clients start out feeling low, disconnected from themselves, their bodies, and their energy. We help them rebuild confidence from the inside out through results, routine, habit-building, and momentum.
